If he wants a second term, he's got to create votes out of thin air. The traitors at ACORN are already working overtime to accomplish this, but even their efforts may not be enough. So, where can he get more votes from?

I would not be surprised at all if his next agenda is blanket amnesty for illegals. That way he could manufacture millions of more votes out of thin air.

Cash for Clunkers to be Suspended

Wait a minnit... the Cash for Clunkers program is being suspended already?

They funded it with $1 BILLION. And they have already used up all the funds!

At $3500 to $4500 a pop, they should be able to fund between 222,000 and 285,000 vehicles with that amount of money. Have that many clunker cars and trucks really been upgraded already?

Oh, wait... this is a GOVERNMENT PROGRAM. Which means that there is very likely a huge amount of fraud and waste that occurred in there somewhere. Maybe it was just enough money for Congress and their families to upgrade.

Whatever. It just sounds really suspicious to me.

Karl Rove wrote an editorial for the Wall Street Journal that talks about how the same guy who promised to end the "politics of fear and cynicism" is now using scare tactics (yet again) to force the health care debate.

Yes, health care is important. But what Zero is doing will not fix anything. It will only make things worse.

I loved this. Totally awesome interview in which Michelle is interviewed about her new book, "Culture of Corruption". At one point the interviewer seems to try to bully Michelle over her more bold statements and Michelle doesn't back down. It's easy for her to not back down when she has the truth on her side. Of course the best part is where she calls Obama a "Racial Opportunist", then backs up her claim with solid evidence. Another high point is where she breaks down Michelle Obama's seeming smoothness and shows just how corrupt she really is.

Colin Powell Gets it Half Right

Colin Powell recently had an interview on CNN with Larry King.

One thing in the interview that Colin Powell got right is that the police officer was just doing his job and that Gates was wrong to react the way he did.

But what Powell got wrong shows up later when he mentioned that he was also racially profiled and gave as an example how he was profiled at the airport when he went to meet someone.

Huh?

Is he serious? If that's the case, then I was racially profiled at the airport, too!

Other quotes from the interview: When faced with racial profiling, "You just suck it up" because "when you are faced with an officer trying to do his job and get to the bottom of something, this is not the time to get in an argument with him. I was taught that as a child. You don't argue with a police officer."

Wow. This statement just defies belief. Does Colin Powell really mean to say that "when faced with an officer trying to do his job" is the same thing as "racial profiling"??? After all, I was also taught the same thing as a child!!! A police officer doing his job is not racially profiling you.

Unless, of course, the police officer is white and you are black, then it is automatically a situation of racial profiling. Or at least that's what Colin Powell seems to be implying.

So, not only does Gates need to get a big clue, Colin Powell needs one as well.

Did Hawaii Put Obama's Birth Issue to Rest?

Note: I'd like to say at the outset that I am not a so-called 'Birther'. I do not know if Obama was born in Hawaii or not, because sufficient proof has not been offered either way. That being said...

The American Pravda... er... Associated Press proudly announced today that Hawaii again declares Obama birth certificate real. They go on to quote Hawaiian Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino:

"I ... have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen."

So that should put the matter to rest, right? Not so fast.

As with the previous announcement, made by Hawaii officials, this statement adds little to no new evidence. But most importantly, the announcement offers no proof whatsoever. How many times have government officials gotten up before the people and made definitive statements, only to have their words proven false later? Don't even get me started on that topic.

Dr. Fukino's statement proves nothing, least of all Obama's eligibility to be President.

Even assuming that Obama was born in Hawaii as stated, the eligibility issue still stands, because only one part of the eligibility issue was related to Obama's birth. For example, Texas Darlin has a plausible theory about Obama's ineligibility that is still valid: Obama may have been born in Hawaii, but at his adoption his birth certificate was modified to include his new Soetoro name, but especially his newly acquired Indonesian citizenship which would immediately disqualify him from eligibility.

Unfortunately we may never find out the full truth.

Proven: Democrat Senators Lied

Go ahead, yawn. Like that's a big surprise. What is surprising is that AP (the American Pravda) reported about it.

Of course, what they didn't report was that these Senators' actions constitutes a serious ethics violation - much more serious than the non-issues that Palin was being accused of. Hey! Here's an idea... all those people who were filing ethics complaints against Palin - they now have something to do! They can file ethics complaints against Conrad and Dodd!

Sweden's Social Experiment Not Going So Well

Having spent a significant amount of time in Europe, and seen first-hand how much of a failure Socialism really is, I often get irritated by ignorant liberals who try to go on and on about how wonderful the European countries' social programs are and how we should do the same thing here.

With the latest EU Parliamentary elections, Europe has shown that they're starting to move to the right. This isn't just a small occurence either. Sweden is backing down from their Grand Social Experiment. Seems they are starting to wake up to the fact that Socialism is killing their economy.

Palin and the Ethics Complaints

So with all the ethics complaints against Sarah Palin, from the beginning, it was obvious to even the casual observer that they were politically motivated. They had nothing at all to do with people being honestly concerned about how ethically correct Palin was acting. Their only intention was to smear her. Considering how idiotic and frivolous they have been, this is a given.

It should not be a surprise, then, that the people behind all of the attacks have now been revealed to be closely tied to the Democrat party, and in some cases, closely linked with Obama himself. This behavior is obviously despicable, but it does show one thing: Obama is afraid of Sarah. That's the only possible reason that he would attack so fiercely.

But the latest attack is incredibly fierce, but also shows just how desperate the Obama camp is to sling mud at her by proxy.

Sarah is accused of abusing her position as governor in soliciting funds for her own defense. The problem is... she did no such thing! The accusation is entirely false.

In particular, I would point you to a recent press release issued by the Trust Fund's Trustee.

Note the following paragraph:

So how unfair is it that the Governor can be told she was wrong for putting together the Fund, soliciting Funds, accepting the Funds and spending the Funds when she hasn't been involved at all----And no money has been spent on her legal defense?

Ultimately, this ethics complaint is, like all before it, unfounded and will likely be thrown out.

Silver lining? Instead of getting Sarah Palin down, the publicity over all of this is keeping Sarah in people's minds.

Obama's Gettysburg?

His poll numbers are down. Bastions of libtardedness such as the New York Times, once "eyes all aglow" with adoration and worship, are now openly questioning his policies. Even the supposedly majority Democrat congress can't even get the seriously flawed health care bill passed.

Do I detect the first hints that winter is starting to end? From the time that this racist and destructive communist was (fraudulently) elected, I, like many other Americans, felt an impending sense of doom.

Suddenly what was once smooth ground for the Obama juggernaut looks like it may be turning into rough ground. Will he get bogged down? Will he fail so that America can survive? My wife said to me today "Suddenly it was as if birds started singing again and flowers began blooming. Real change is finally coming. I'm starting to get some Hope back." Keep up the good work America! Hold the line and we may make it through this.

Zero said that the Health Care debate isn't his Waterloo. Well, maybe not, but it could very well be his Gettysburg. That battle didn't end the Civil War, but many recognize it as the "High Water Mark of the Confederacy". Maybe the current Health Care battle will end up being the "High Water Mark of Obamunism"? Let's just hope so.

Obama getting desperate over Health Care

His numbers are dropping in the polls. An increasing number of Democrats are rebelling against his proposals. Even the New York Times published an editorial critical of his plans. Things aren't going so well for the Obamessup.

In fact, they must be going so poorly that he felt obligated to have yet another prime time press conference. Seemed more like a whiny beg and plead session to me.

The worst part about it was his "It's not about me" quote. Who ever said it was about him? Is he so narcissistic that he assumes everything is about him? Of course it isn't. People are opposed to his stupide "health care" plan because it's the wrong thing to do.

This time, Carl Cannon of PoliticsDaily.com gives a rather interesting admission of bias:

"In the 2008 election, we took sides, straight and simple, particularly with regard to the vice presidential race. I don't know that we played a decisive role in that campaign, and I am not saying the better side lost. What I am saying is that we simply didn't hold Joe Biden to the same standard as Sarah Palin, and for me, the real loser in this sordid tale is my chosen profession."

While I agree that there was significant bias, I think that Americans were the real losers. Americans were not given the full picture, and therefore were uninformed going into the election, and I believe that this intentional bias on the part of the MSM is just plain despicable.

I have heard liberals whine several times about "give Obama a chance". Every time they say it, I feel like slapping them silly (Of course, slapping liberals silly doesn't usually accomplish much).

But my response is always, "we've already given him many chances and he's blown every single one." Cap and Trade. Universal Health Care. Weak foreign policy. They claim is almost certainly a lie.

We are very happy that she can write her book and go on a speaking tour and are looking forward to the positive things she will bring to our country. George Washington was not interested in being President but when this country needed him, he went. Then after two terms, he declined to run again, but went back to his farm. This is unconventional in current politics but it is very proper. I wish we had more citizens like George or Sarah who are willing to help out when needed, but are willing to step aside when they see that their work is done. Citizens that don't care about titles and pedestals. We are at such time when we need that type of a person. Someone who is not so much interested in politics, but more interested in our country. When our current politicians as usual are destroying our country we need more Washingtons and Palins.

Palin's Decision

Palin's decision certainly has caused a firestorm of commentary if it has done nothing else. It seems that it's one of the biggest topics on the news and in the blogosphere. It seems everyone (liberals and conservatives) is having difficulty nailing down the exact nature of Palin's resignation. And it's no wonder, since Palin herself has been playing her cards pretty close.

Reading through a lot of materials regarding Palin's decision to resign as a governor of Alaska, I find that ConservativeAmerican.org has the best articles so far (in my humble opinion, of course). They've done their best to stay as factual as possible. And in spite of their pro-Palin slant (they are, after all, the only official Sarah Palin Fan Club!), they've managed to be fairly objective, giving good pro and con analyses. Read, for example, their analysis and text of Palin's announcement. As is fairly obvious, even more vicious attacks are to come from the libs and their cronies. Brace yourself for even more media lies and libtarded comments and theories - they are coming.

We stand by Palin and her decision and pray for her and her family, no matter what they decide. It is, after all their choice.

The Vice President said yesterday that the Obama administration "misread how bad the economy was." Doesn't it make you think that maybe they also are misreading the impact the crap-and-tax bill will have on the economy? How about the healthcare bill? Maybe they don't have a clue what they are doing there as well? Maybe they don't know or don't want to know that we have the best health care system in the world and that the crap-and-tax bill will cripple our economy and cause energy prices to skyrocket (oh, wait, they know about that part, actually).

Anything else they misread?

On the other hand, maybe they did not misread anything, but rather, they intentionally, recklessly and foolishly made decisions that caused the economy to sink even lower.

It looks to me like this: Americans that pay attention know what's going on a long time before our administration figures anything out. It's like a parent telling a child, "If you do that, then there will be bad consequences as a result of that action," but the child just isn’t willing to listen. It feels like we are pulling them and they are just deadweight, unnecessary baggage.

Palin Announces Resignation

Wow. That came as a total surprise. Kudos to the Sarahcuda for doing what's right even when it's not easy. At this point, it's anyone's guess how this will affect her political career. Some are saying she's committed political suicide, others say it's a bold move towards the White House. Time will tell.

Personally, I figure it's Sarah's call what she does with her life and I wish her the best, whatever she choses to do.

Liberal Journalist Makes Zero Sweat

No, I'm not kidding. It actually happened... finally. Helen Thomas, of all people, got fed up with the watered-down, useless "answers" that were being spewed forth from Zero's administration, and actually said that Gibbs wasn't giving any answers at all.



CBS is probably having a conniption fit over the impertinent questions that their reporters where asking. The nerve of them, to actually think on their own and not ask questions that demonstrate how much they worship the Messiah! Shocking.

Maybe CBS will make Helen "voluntarily" retire after that outburst.

They are absolutely right. The way that the Zero administration is going about all their backhanded activities shows just how non-open and non-transparent they really are.
